Lynne has studied yoga since 1971. As a nutritionist, she adds hand-outs that encourage healthy eating and wellness. Her class supports the body, mind and spirit. It promotes stress relief, strength, flexibility, well being, a clear mind, detoxification, deep peace and more. Drop-ins welcome. Class is by donation and is open to all ages and abilities.
Please bring your own yoga mat or a blanket.
