Hatha Yoga

Tuesday mornings

9:00-10:30 AM

Lynne has studied yoga since 1971. As a nutritionist, she adds hand-outs that encourage healthy eating and wellness. Her class supports the body, mind and spirit. It promotes stress relief, strength, flexibility, well being, a clear mind, detoxification, deep peace and more. Drop-ins welcome. Class is by donation and is open to all ages and abilities.

Please bring your own yoga mat or a blanket.

Kyokushin Karate

Women's Self Defense Course

Spanish

Spanish is the second most popular language in our country. It is not only a useful language to learn but also beautiful to speak.

All three classes offer basic conversational Spanish.Children's classes are taught using songs and games making language aquisition fun.

Puppetry

Global Warming Course

Tuesday evenings Jan. 15 - Feb. 5 7:00 PM - 9:00PM

This four week course explores personal values and habits as they relate to climate change, focuses on understanding the history and science of global warming and empowers individuals to take action to curb global warming.

Sessions 1. Explore personal responses to climate change. 2. Better understand the complexities of global warming. 3. Learn accessible and significant actions we can take. 4. Explore our individual and collective power to shape an effective response to climate change.

After School Art Club

A fine arts club for children ages 6-9 where participants work in a variety of mediums including drawing, painting, printmaking and more! Held at the instructor’s North Road studio in Waitsfield.

$125 for nine weeks, materials included. $15 drop-in fee if space is available.

Pre-K Afternoon Enrichment Program

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays
11:00 AM–3:00 PM

A licensed child care program for children ages 3–6, led by Melodie Showacre. Each day offers exciting activities and a positive, enriching environment. Bussing is available from Waitsfield School for half day Kindergarten and Pre-School students.

Registration is required. The cost is $25/day.
